Room settings

Before you start creating a room, you can set various presets.

These are found in the Start tab (Room Elements group) under the highlighted arrow.
In the window that now appears, enter the desired values.

Options

Set options as desired.

These settings are not tied to the current schedule. They will also apply to future schedules until you change these values again.
